Located between the pine forest and the sea, at a distance of 100 meters from the beach, the apartment is located on the second and top floor without elevator of one of the most beautiful Art Nouveau villas in Viareggio. From the pedestrian gate we enter the main door: from here the beautiful and wide stairs lead us to the second floor where there is the private entrance to the apartment characterized by the beautiful covered terrace from which you can see the sea, furnished with dining table and relaxation area. The apartment consists of a large and bright kitchen with dining area, a nice living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can possibly be coupled, a third bedroom with a French bed and a spacious full bathroom with double sink and shower.

The apartment is 100 meters from Viareggio\'s famous promenade, full of stores, restaurants, pubs . All the main services are within a few minutes\' walk .
