studio in marina di torre del lago

.... praktisch eingerichtetes studio in der nähe des meeres & eines naturparks. ich konnte mit meinem hund wunderbare spaziergänge im wald & am strand machen. die stimmungen bei sonnenauf- und untergang waren beeindruckend. auch einkaufsmöglichkeiten lagen quasi um die ecke. bei fragen bekam ich von den vermietern innert kürzester zeit eine antwort. ich habe im studio & vor allem in der einmaligen umgebung eine erholsame zeit verbracht, danke.

Una vacanza per riposare

Appartamento come da foto e da descrizione nell'annuncio, piccolo ma davvero confortevole e immerso nella pineta... abbiamo visto due daini! Parcheggio riservato proprio sotto casa; spiagge a 5 minuti di passeggiata in pineta e possibilità di scegliere tra stabilimenti balneari e spiaggia libera (accessibile anche ai cani) ; c'è anche a pagamento una spiaggia attrezzata per cani, dove noleggiare sdraio, lettino e ombrellone o gazebo, completamente recintata ( qui però i cani possono entrare in acqua solo al mattino entro le 9 e la sera dopo le 19). Sul lungomare ci sono ristoranti e pizzerie. Poco distante dal residence c'è il paese con tutti i negozi utili ed il supermercato. La posizione è anche comoda per gite di una giornata: Viareggio è vicinissima, Lucca e Pisa sono a meno di mezz'ora in auto. Dulcis in fundo i proprietari dell'appartamento sono davvero cordiali e disponibili!

Super Urlaub

Wohnung war sauber. Klein aber alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat uns über die heißen Nächte gerettet. Die Küche war mit dem Induktionsfeld sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Bad war relativ neu und sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Park war abends sehr angenehm. Wir kommen wieder im nächsten Jahr. Vielen Dank.

novembre in versilia

Come da titolo, siamo stati nell'appartamento della Sig.a Germana a fine ottobre-inizio novembre. Oltre la tranquillità del posto (dato il periodo), il verde attorno e tutto quanto già scritto dai colleghi vacanzieri precedenti, aggiungerei che è il posto ideale per visitare i dintorni, da Viareggio a Forte dei Marmi su fino a Carrara, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, non senza fare una puntatina più all'interno per visitare la Certosa di Pisa a Calci e l'attiguo Museo di Storia Naturale (adatto ai giovani, ma molto interessante anche per i "vecchietti" come noi), o il parco della Villa Reale a Marlia (molto bello e molto ben tenuto). In definitiva: consigliato. Bruna e Franco

Tranquillità, comodità e confort

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane. Coppia con neonato (6 mesi) e due cani di taglia medio-piccola. L'appartamento è fedele alla descrizione nell'annuncio: non è molto ampio, ma risulta davvero spazioso. E' ben organizzato e arredato. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito ed era tutto in buono stato. La terrazza è godibile per i pasti. Il residence è immerso nel verde, recintato e molto curato, a due passi dal mare (10 minuti a piedi). I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Nelle vicinanze ci sono stabilimenti balneari (che non abbiamo utilizzato) e una lunghissima spiaggia libera (abbastanza selvaggia e pulita). Abbiamo cenato molto bene al Ristornate Le Cicogne (si raggiunge anche a piedi e si trova proprio sulla rotonda del lungomare). Lucca e Pisa sono a mezz'ora di macchina.
