I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff I’ve encountered was always pleasant. The young lady that checked me in was very professional and extremely sweet, and she’s a great ambassador of yours. The food at the restaurant was delicious too, and the Spa circuit was nice. Viana is such a beautiful place. I loved going to the Monte of St. Luzia, which has breathtaking views of the river and the ocean; it’s fantastic! The only thing that needs attention is the carpets which are not bad by any means, but the normal wear and tear is noticeable. I want to come back to this property. My experience was fantastic! Thank you!

Everything was perfect and 4 Stars except one thing. I should not have to get up from the pool or outdoor patio to find a cocktail or snack. A server should be visible and available every 10/15 minutes. I am on business or vacation and should not have to work to spend money.

You must book this place for so many reasons...

All about this hotel is awesome! Spacious, modern and clean room and bathroom! All rooms have a wide wall-to-wall view either to the street or pool side. Internet works perfectly everywhere you use it around the hotel. They have a tasty and wide buffet at a very affordable price for breakfast, lunch and dinner with wine included. Bar are is also very nice to have a drink while watching a soccer game, tennis match or whatever you feel like to. People are extremely helpful and nice as well. The only thing I may mention to Manager would be pool's temperature, which was cold even when weather was around 33C. Also, it's very easy to get there from the train station, 28 minute walk! It was a great surprise finding this hotel at this Portugal's city! Ahhhhhh, and do I forget to mention their in-site SPA?
