The apartment has an independent entrance, enjoys excellent sun exposure throughout the day; completely new and perfectly insulated from the outside under the thermal and acoustic profile, it is equipped with an independent heating system under the floor and has been furnished with great taste and attention to the smallest details.

Tranquil garden oasis

I spent a week in the garden flat and it was a lovely stay. The place was exactly as pictured, clean, bright and fresh with a very comfortable bed. My friends were staying in the upstairs flat so it was nice to make use of both outside spaces. The check in process was easy, Armando was super friendly and helpful and easy to contact when needed. While this is not necessarily a negative Just note the place is located quite far from anything so you do need a car if you stay here. I would definitely come back for a relaxing chilled break.

The facilities at property was exactly as we expected. The apartment is in a quite area on a hill overlooking La Sepzia. We had hired a car so getting into town was no problem. We visited many places in the surrounding area - very easy. Fantastic Holiday and will certainly book this apartment again.

Un séjour extraordinaire avec un hôte très accueillant et de très bon conseils ! Merci à Armando pour son temps et ses recommandations. Nous avons passé 4 jours super dans la région. Les Cinque terre sont un incontournables et mention spéciale pour Portovenere et Lerici a seulement quelques kilomètres de La Spezia, où nous avons passés deux magnifiques journées ! Le logement est bien placé et agréable avec son extérieur et sa terrasse sous le citronnier. Le parking en centre-ville est un plus non négligeable pour l'accès à la gare des Cinque terre. La déconnexion et les paysages magnifiques sont au rendez-vous dans cette magnifique région. Encore merci à Armando pour son accueil !

C’est une personne extrêmement serviable, et un véritable guide touristique pour sa région. Nous avons rarement rencontré quelqu’un d’aussi engagé et passionné pour faire découvrir les trésors de son territoire.Le logement est confortable, adapté pour un séjour agréable. Tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente bien.La région est magnifique et ne se limite pas aux célèbres Cinque Terre. Äußerst netter Gastgeber

Herr Bonomi ist ein äußerst netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns tolle Empfehlungen sowohl zu Ausflügen als auch zu Restaurants gegeben. Die ruhige Wohnung liegt etwas abseits oberhalb von La Spezia. Es gibt zwar in ca 1 Km Entfernung eine Bushaltestelle, aber ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, da in fussläufiger Entfernung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (außer einem Fleischer im Nebenhaus) bestehen bzw. kein Restaurant erreichbar ist. Im Haus gibt es 2 Wohnungen, aber nur 1 Garage, die wir nutzen konnten. Zusätzlich hat Herr Bonomi uns einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz in der Stadt (Kennedy-Center) zur Verfügung gestellt, von dem aus der Hauptbahnhof in ca. 25 Min zu Fuss erreichbar war. Von dort konnten wir Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre mit der Bahn unternehmen. Nach Portovenere kann man von einer Bushaltestelle (Ospedale) in der Nähe des Kennedy Centers mit dem Bus fahren. In die Innenstadt mit Restaurants läuft man von der Tiefgarage etwa 15 Minuten.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Chinque Terre

Arrivederci Bella Italia

Ein wunderbares Gästehaus, ankommen in der Oase zum Wohlfühlen und sofort beginnt der Urlaub. Die Küche praktisch perfekt, ein Bad klein und sehr fein, das himmlische Bett, der Garten, unser Lieblingsort, viele kleine Kunstwerke, betrachten und die Auszeit genießen. Alles sehr fein. Ganz besonders war für uns die herzliche Betreuung durch Herrn Armando Bonomi. Wandertips, Gastronomitips, alles sehr hilfreich. Der Gastgeber Armando hat uns neugierig gemacht auf seine Heimat. Das war dann Motivation für uns, unterschiedliche Wege durch die Natur zu durchstreifen und besondere Orte aufzusuchen. Wir hatten eine spannende und erholsame Zeit an diesem warmen Ort. Wanderungen im Nationalpark Cinque Terre, von Montemarcello nach Tellaro, auf der Isola Palmaria, von Montemarcello nach Bocca di Marga, von Pugliola nach Lerici. Diese als Empfehlung. Wenn uns unser Weg wieder nach Italien führt, dann gerne wieder an diesen Ort der Herzlichkeit, Erholung und Freude.

Abseits vom Trubel

Wir hatten zehn gute Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Umgebung lässt sich in alle Richtungen (La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Carrara) gut erkunden. Man kann den Bus nach La Spezia nehmen und von dort aus mit der Bahn fahren. Oder natürlich mit dem Schiff - das haben wir aber nicht geschafft. Unser Gastgeber hatte viele nützliche Tipps zum Erkunden aber auch für beste Restaurantbesuche parat. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war bei einer Frage sofort zu erreichen.

Wunderschön

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen, das Appartement bietet alles was man braucht und die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben. Im Garten lassen sich die Abende sehr schön verbringen und er bietet Platz für die Kinder zum spielen. Die ruhige Lage der Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Es ist ein sehr schöne Wohnung in den Hügeln über LaSpezia mit einem wundervollen kleinen Garten, in dem man den Tag gerne ausklingen lässt. Die Bilder und Beschreibung der Wohnung entsprechen voll und ganz dem was wir angetroffen haben. Hr.Bonomi ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und netter Gastgeber, der immer gute Tipps, ob Restaurant oder Ausflüge, parat hatte. Schöner Herbsturlaub

Schöne große Wohnung für2, man hat alles u. mehr, was man im Urlaub braucht. Schöne Terrasse, sie wurde zu unserem Wohnzimmer. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu La Spezia, guter Ausgangspunkt um die Cinque Terre u. a zu besuchen, Bus nutzbar.
