Facing the lake, the relaxation area and 5-seater Jacuzzi provide the kind of relaxing well-being experience that we all need during our holidays.

There is also a private beach and landing stage, and if you own a boat or would like to rent one, you can use our mooring ring. Ideally located at the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45 min, Megève, Chamonix, Italy 1h, Méribel, Courchevel 1h30, Val d’Isère 2h), our house is also close to all amenities. You will be 10 minutes from Annecy town centre and its shops, 15km from Annecy airport, 45km from Geneva Airport in Switzerland, and 150km from Lyon Satolas Airport.



For sports fans, our house is conveniently located for all activities: sailing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, riding, summer luge, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting…

wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning lakeside property. We swam in the crystal-clear water, kayaked, relaxed on the beautiful lawn, and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby city and historic castles. The house itself was amazing. Perfect vacation.

Gorgeous Lakeside Home & Garden

We stayed as a family here between city sightseeing trips and loved the atmosphere, natural beauty, immaculate and very comfortable home, as well as the kind and attentive hosting by the Montant family. It is a gorgeous area, walks to grocery and some restaurants or 15 min drive to Annecy Old Town and all the lovely social life there by the canal. Absolutely loved our time here. The welcome book and wine cellar were especially nice touches, and both very well used 😌
