La vue est superbe et le logement très propre, avec une literie confortable.Le seul point négatif concerne l'humidité ambiante : nos affaires dans les valises étaient très humides.Mis à part cela, l'emplacement est excellent : à seulement 5 minutes à pied d’un Petit Casino et à environ 30 minutes du centre historique d’Annecy.

La descente sur le côté du chalet gagnerait à être éclairée la nuit et pourvue d'une rampe.
La vue est superbe depuis la terrasse où on peut prendre les repas. Le gite est agréable.

Superbe location très bien située.
Logement au rdc d un chalet surplombant le lac d Annecy, avec des vues magnifiques sur les montagnes. Très bien exposé, on profite de la terrasse du matin au soir. Bien équipé, très propre, et surtout l endroit est très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Martine S.
