Located on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator, the apartment boasts a magnificent rooftop terrace where you can admire the iconic 'Ala' of the Arena. During the summer season, you can enjoy concerts and performances held in the Arena while sipping a good glass of wine in pleasant company. This characteristic corner makes the apartment unique and special, making you fall in love with the city of Verona.The apartment consists of a single tastefully decorated and cozy room, offering a double bed, a single bed, and the possibility of adding a bed for a child up to 10 years old upon request. Additionally, it features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa with TV. The full bathroom with shower and washing machine completes this cozy studio.To ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year, we adhere to regional regulations regarding heating and air conditioning.It is forbidden to drive in the ZTL (traffic limit zone).
