Superb new, comfortable and welcoming apartment equipped with every comfort. The area is residential, quiet and well served by public transport. It is located on the first floor of an elegant building with lift. The bright living room which gives access to a large terrace overlooking the Guerrina park, is composed of a sofa bed, an LCD TV, a dining table for 4 or 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner stove, electric oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, teapot, Moka pot, juicer, pots, washing machine and table for 4 people. The double bedroom is connected to another terrace with a built-in kennel for your animal friends. The second bedroom with a splendid view is furnished with two single beds and a large wardrobe. A large shower is installed in the bathroom and a hairdryer is installed.
WIFI connection is free and available to guests.
Heating is centralized.
Also available clothesline, iron and ironing board.
To make your stay more pleasant, a tourist map of Verona and a brochure with the main monuments and places to visit are available.

Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We arrived very late, much later than anticipated and well after the check in window due to flight issues. Laura met us at the property and was very gracious as she explained the property and area. It is near the train station, but the walk is across some heavy traffic. The apartment is very comfortable and everything was as advertised.

Great choice!!

Appartment 5' minutes from the train station and 15' from the heart of Verona. Quite neighborhood, nice building. AMASING appartment, NEWLY renovated, big enough for a family of 5, SPARKLING CLEAN with all the comforts. Photos do not do justice to Marta's home. It's much more better. But the greatest of all is Marta herself.! She gave us the most warm welcome ever and was always willing to assist us. Thank you Marta for everything.!

Ver nice, indeed! Recommended.

We have seen quite some appartments in our lives so we can easily state this was one of the cleanest ever. Also Marta’s hospitality is very good. Easy accessable and with a personal touch (not a whatsapp access code....). We certainly recommend this appartment, because it has all facilities, neat, 15 min walk to town center, free parking. Price - quality: excellent.
