Situated just a few steps from ancient Roman Theater and the romantic Ponte Pietra, the apartment Casa al Teatro can accommodate 2 + 1 guests with one king size double bed and a large sofa bed. Both the bed and the sofa are in the same room. The apartment has a surface of 50 m2 plus 25m2 of private terrace with outside table and chairs. Independent heating system. We are also going to install an air-conditioning: it will be operational from June 2019. The bathroom is with a bidet and shower. The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, German coffee machine and Italian espresso machine and a kettle. You may park the car on the street (fees apply during the day, free of charge at night) or in an underground parking at 5 minutes walking distance. Bus and bike rentals are very near. The apartment is just a ten minutes walk from famous Piazza Erbe, the very heart of Verona! Just around the corner you will find some nice restaurants and bars famous for their Italian aperitif.

A gem

Lovely apartment with character; the outdoor terrace is secluded and full of jasmine; perfect after a long day. Very clean and comfortable; perfect for a couple. About 15 min walk to old town; 40 min walk to train station. Had some issues with automated entry system but Andreas was immediately receptive. The virtual key is only automated at 3pm; if you arrive earlier be sure to contact the host. Roman amphitheatre about half a block away; funicular to top of hill about 5 min walk from apartment. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

À la réservation, nous ne connaissions pas la procédure d'entrée avec Vikey (le préciser dans l'annonce?). Un peu compliquée: clé digitale avec lien internet mais réseau instable. Logement impeccable, décoré avec goût, patio très agréable. Bouteilles d'eau au frais, panettone à notre arrivée. Propriétaire très dispo pour nous aider ainsi qu'une voisine. Situation idéale: accès à la vieille ville par le Ponte Pietra, visites & shopping à pied. Une belle découverte ! Merci à Patrick & Andrea.

Très bien pour un couple

Le logis est silencieux et très confortable. Le futon mentionné par contre est très très inconfortable et ne peut être utilisé qu'avec un drap housse qui n'est pas fourni. Je recommande ce grand studio excellent pour un couple mais pas en famille. L'accueil des agents est top.
