Great home with a terrific pool/patio area

The house was great. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner: not only was shampoo, conditioner and bathroom soap provided, but also things such as Qtips, bandaids, razor and shaving cream, etc. The pool/patio area had lots of toys/pool gear and a brand new grill. My husband used the hot tub every day. Neighborhood was quiet. Owner was quick to respond when a minor issue surfaced. The only drawback was location. It was a 15 minute drive to downtown Vero Beach and almost a half hour drive to beaches.

Fantastic vacation

We had a relaxing stay at Tropical Tiki. House is spacious and quiet. Close to restaurants and shopping. Being at the pool gives you a sense of lounging on your own private island. Thinking about our next stay.

Fantastic Place to Stay !

We had a fantastic time staying at this rental. Very close to the beach and located in a nice neighborhood. Very helpful neighbors also if you need anything. We got a flat tire and the neighbor helped us and pumped up our tire during our stay. The house owner was very helpful and went above and beyond during our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back! The pool and the hot tub were a big hit for our toddler and we also enjoyed the space too.

Escape the cold

House was great - had everything we needed for an enjoyable week on the warm weather. Title of listing is a tad misleading as 4 miles from the beach is a 20-25 minute drive but was still doable. Quiet neighborhood. Pool is not heated but hot tub was nice! Check out Marsh Beast air boat ride and the boat rentals at Vero Beach! We had a great time and soaked up all the warm weather that we could! Thanks for sharing your home!

Relaxation Paradise!

The stay was FANTASTIC! All the comforts of home plus so much more! Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool but inside was so much fun with the pool table, games and cards... yep Blackjack (they have poker chips). We cannot thank you enough! Would definitely recommend the stay!

Perfect Family Home

We were in Vero for my granddaughter sweet 16. 5 adults stayed in the home for 3 nights, we were visited by 5 grandchildren 3 on 1 day and 2 on the next. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table and mutiple rooms with TVs when we were stuck inside due to rain. Spacious ares enabled us to separate and not be stuck in 1 area or room (like a hotel). The hostess Michelle answered our phone call both times we called. Once to say Hi and once to say Goodbye (NO ISSUES). Would stay again as I visit Vero often.

Tropical Tiki Paradise

When you walk into this home you feel as if you are on the beach. The pictures don't do it justice, the house is well stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Not far from the beach or you can just hang out in the pool the hot tub was nice too. They have plenty of games and a pool table you will not be bored. We had a great time thank you for everything.

Short stay with friends

We had a wonderful time at the Tropical Tiki property! The house was very clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated having the beach towels and chairs available since we wouldn’t have been able to travel with them. The pool area and hot tub were perfect for just hanging out and enjoying time with some friends. Michele, the host was very responsive and so easy to work with! We can’t wait to come back!

Great Family Getaway

Everything was great. Lots of space to spread out (really too much for just two of us). The pool table, books, & games selection was appreciated. I especially enjoyed the extra firm mattress in the primary bedroom as most places have a super soft mattress and it kills my back. We have family coming down this summer and will definitely recommend this listing to them.

Great property and great host!

This is a fantastic property! Just as advertised with the home sitting on a huge lot. Very nice pool (didn't use, but did sit beside having drinks). Very nice hot tub (did use, several times). Very clean and well-equipped kitchen. Michelle, our host was fantastic. Will definitely stay again if in Vero Beach!

Very cheaply put together, I’d go somewhere else

The house takes good pictures, but it is very cheaply put together. Like, so disappointing and I felt really uncomfortable staying there. It was just dirty. My daughter didn’t wear her shoes in the house, and her socks were filthy on the bottoms (it’s a vinyl floor so it should be pretty easy to clean). The bed and bedding are extremely low quality and not comfortable. The celling fan in the family room is unsafe and wobbles around (so we didn’t use it). There was blue dawn dish soap in any and every soap dispenser, including the bathrooms and in the shower (instead of body wash). The light switches and door knobs were dirty. We didn’t use the pool, it was very dirty. The pool wasn’t running when we got there, just stagnant water not circulating. I figured out how to turn it on, but the vacuum kept getting stuck along wall so it wasn’t cleaning (except for the one spot against the wall). The mosquitoes were a huge problem, probably due to the standing water in the front yard. I hate that I stayed there. It grossed me out, and I really wanted to leave the whole time we were there. I would not recommend.
