This house is a duplex. 6 miles from downtown Vero, and 15 minutes away from the beach. It is very close to the grocery store and gas station. The highway is also only 10 minutes away. The kitchen is fully loaded with kitchenware and utensils. I am available day and night. It is 2 blocks from Oslo road has Dunkin donuts, Publix, a gym, and all other kinds of stores, and most of all it's nice and quiet. There is a central air conditioner.

the Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, dishes ,glasses it also has a keurig coffee maker , microwave , toaster an electric range stove .hair dryer ,iron and iron table everything is brand new including bed room furniture mattresses ecc.

Guests will have the whole place to them self that is Kitchen bathroom and bedroom with private entrance

I am available day and night.

It is 2 blocks from the Oslo park and less than 5 min away from oslo road that has dunkin donuts, publix, a gym and all other kind of stores and most of all its nice and quiet

Best form of transportation is by car. However, Vero Beach has a public bus called GoLine. It is free and can be used.

Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. For anyone that gets caught smoking in the apartment, there will be consequences for a claim will be filled with Airbnb. Please do not smoke inside for your own good. Please leave the apartment clean of any garbage or food in the refrigerator when you checkout or you will be charged a $100.00 fee. For those who have pets please clean after your pets. Pet limitations only small dogs allowed on the property and only 1 parking spot available on-premises. The washer and dryer come with an extra $5 fee per day. Small pets are allowed (cats )
