Desirable Central Beach House!

PERFECT LOCATION TO IT ALL! This property is about 2 blocks from the beach in a quiet residential area. You can walk to the vibrant downtown or the popular beaches. This property also has a large family room with an open floor plan. The bedrooms are split with the master on East side and the 2 quest bedrooms on the West side of the house. The dining table seats 8-10 people for meals or playing cards etc.. There are also two seperate living rooms with large comfy couches and separate TV's. There is a full updated kitchen which includes a regular coffee maker and a keurig coffee maker along with a toaster, microwave, gas grill etc. Super clean with lots of room!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.

Wonderful home so close to the beach!
