They were doing renovations on our floor, and in our room before we checked in. There was no heat in the room. The construction workers began work at 8:00 am on our floor. It’s great that they’re doing Reno’s and the room look nice, it just would have been nice to have been told about them before or acknowledged there was no heat.

The hotel was under construction and was loud during the day. Parking was horrible as not enough spots for guests. The breakfast was really good and the cleaning staff were very helpful!

Rooms were assigned on the third floor even though rooms were under construction and hallways were filled with equipment, beds, etc. The hallway was dirty and barely passable. Rooms had electrical problems and friends had to change room 3 times. One guest on oxygen and had to plug in to use his oxygen equipment. Front clerk desk not helpful. Did not even check to see if we could get a room closer to our friends and due to multiple room changes a chair from one room was moved to another. The next day I asked the front desk clerk to have the chair returned to the original room. She responded that she would take care of that right away. Several hours later I asked one of the cleaners if I could get the chair and she took me to the room so I could return it. Finally, the parking lot was full on our return from a wedding reception due to multiple containers used for the renovation taking up parking spaces and a large bus that seemed to be used for storage? Both disabled parking passes were full.
