What a great house! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was fabulous. Lots of seating for relaxing or dining outside. The local beach had nice shady spots and the house had great beach chairs. The water was a little rocky, so bring water shoes. We walked to the ice cream shop and then watched the sunset over the lake. The kitchen had good quality knives, cookware and serving bowls.

Great place for large group

We had a group of 11, 4 adults 7 kids, and had plenty of space for us all. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool area was perfect for afternoons swims. The house is centrally located to many attractions which we appreciated and its walkable to many restaurants and the beach.

Our stay was amazing! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. We had one warm day for swimming and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of seating outside to watch them have fun.

The house was nice. It seems like it was just redone for short term rentals and had lots of nice amenities. It's a close walk to downtown and the beds are comfortable. My only complaint is Evolve as a property managment company is hard to communicate with and did not respond to any of our messages sent through VRBO. They want to push you to their platform where you have to log in. Seems like their support team has never been in the home and knows nothing about it.
