Beautiful villa in a residential area with a fenced plot of approximately 850 m2. The enormous private swimming pool is 10x5m with a Roman staircase, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum depth of 1.3m. The outdoor shower is located next to the stone barbecue. The house has a covered terrace with access to the house and a beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees and a variety of plants.The house consists of a living room with TV/SAT with access to the aforementioned terrace with access to the pool. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine, water kettle and ceramic hob and has an exit to the rear terrace ideal for breakfast. The villa has two double bedrooms with 180cm beds, both with air conditioning and mosquito nets. A bathroom with shower and a round bathtub. From the entrance of the house, an interior staircase leads to the upper floor where there is another bathroom with shower. The house has a private parking space with room for two vehicles. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed.Distance to Denia 10km, to Els Poblets 2.5km, supermarkets 2km and to the sea 2km.Internet available.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Lovely Villa

Very clean and comfortable villa. Very well equiped except kettle which was temperamental. Wifi was very slow. Otherwise a great villa. Good location for surrounding areas but nearest amenities a bit of a walk.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage - wir kommen wieder

Ein grosses Lob an Carlosferien für die hervorragende Betreuung von der Reservierung bis zur Abreise. Die Villa hat alles (und mehr) was man braucht. Alles war blitz-blank sauber und das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Uns hat besonders die Lage gefallen, nah zum Strand und zum Einkaufen und trotzdem ruhig. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Unsere Anregung für weitere Verbesserung: das Internet war nicht stabil und müsste mal ein Upgrade erfahren. Auch wir hatten mit dem Sofa und Sesseln Probleme, da kann man einfach nicht sitzen, da hat uns aber Carlosferien schnell eine Alternative besorgt. Und es steht sehr viel Deko im Haus rum, was erstmal schön aussieht, aber zum Leben dort dann eher zum Hinderniss wird.

Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Garten und einen schönen großen Pool . Die Schlafzimmer,Bäder und auch die Küche sind sind top Die Couch und die Sessel im Wohnzimmer sind sehr unbequem. Für einen 2 wöchigen Urlaub ok. Aber wenn man länger dort wohnt ist es sehr unangenehm

Ferienhaus in Els Poblets

Das Ferienhaus ist etwas 1,5km vom Strand entfernt, in einer kleinen ruhigen Gasse. Wenn man die Ruhe sucht und einen relativ ruhigen Strand ist man hier genau richtig. Bei der Lage des Ortes muss man allerdings immer mit Wind rechnen. Einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto kommt man schnell nach Denia, wo es viele schöne Lokale und Aktivitäten gibt. Wir waren jetzt schon das 3.Mal in diesem Haus und sind sehr zufrieden. Carlosferien sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Danke

Das perfekte Haus für Ruhe suchende Urlauber

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool auch sehr schön. Im Haus befindet sich alles, was man zu kochen ect. wohlfühlen benötigt. Wir mieten Fahrräder im Sporthotel(Cabellos) ca. 2km entfernt und kommen damit gut zurecht, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir kommen gern wieder. Carlos Ferienreisen sind immer super nett. (Danke)
