The resort also includes a small, beautiful swimming pool (5.5 x 6.5 m) on a terrace with panoramic views of the lake. From the reserved parking area, can be reached by a staircase to the private entrance of the apartment. The three-room apartment is approximately 60 m2 (on 2 floors). On the first floor there are: kitchen with gas cooker (4 burner) stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Dining area for 6. Living room with satellite TV, double bed, balcony with lake view. Guest toilet. An open staircase leads to the living room floor. On the second floor are: bedroom with double bed with a small balcony overlooking the lake. A second, smaller bedroom with bunk bed. Bathroom with shower. The apartment also belonged to the outdoor garden. There is also a storage room for bikes, beach equipment, etc. available

We love Comersee

Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Comersee und die umliegenden Berge. Sehr sehr nette Vermieter, sehr freundlich. Für Leute mit Hund nicht ganz so ideal, da in naher Umgebung wenig Möglichkeiten zum Gassi gehen ist.Vielen Dank Giusy

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad en het appartement was zoals de foto’s van de website. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon beneden en boven was fantastisch. Ook het zwembad was fijn om naar toe te kunnen gaan met ook weer een prachtig uitzicht over het meer.

Immer wieder gerne

Sollten wir mal wieder an den Comer See reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Ferienwohnung nehmen. Die Lage und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist toll. Selten haben wir eine so saubere Wohnung erlebt. Giusi ist sehr zuvorkommend, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt,uns hat es an nichts in der Wohnung gefehlt, sehr nette Vermieter. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden,im großen und ganzen können wir diese Wohnung empfehlen Preis und Leistung passt auch. PS. Leider nicht für Gehbehinderte Personen.

Schöne Wohnung für 2 mit tollem Seeblick

Die schöne, recht neu wirkende Wohnung in einem kleinen Komplex mit 5-6 Wohnungen liegt etwas oberhalb des Comer Sees und bietet sowohl vom Wohnraum, Balkon, als auch vom Schlafzimmer einen wirklich sehr schönen Blick auf den Comer See. Bei solch einem Blick schmeckt ein Frühstück auf dem Balkon gleich nochmal so lecker. Für 2 Personen ideal. Mit dem Fahrzeug ist man schnell (2-3 Minuten) am See liegenden Ort Domaso. Diesen kann man natürlich auch zu Fuß erreichen, hierzu sollte man aber schon gut zu Fuß sein, da die Wohnung wie geschrieben etwas im Berg liegt. Die Vermieterin, Giusi, ist sehr nett und hilft bei Fragen oder mit Tipps gerne weiter. Sehr gute Kommunikation auch im Vorfeld der Reise. Gemeinschaftspool ist auch vorhanden, welchen wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter (Mitte September), aber dies ist für die Bewertung nicht relevant. Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil und die Vermieterin auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wohnung und Umgebung wie beschrieben

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wirklich atemberaubend und es gibt einige richtig gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Man muss jedoch gut zu Fuß sein um alles zu erreichen (Einkauf, Restaurant sowie Strand) oder gerne jedes Mal das Auto nutzen. Wer gerne wandern geht, ansonsten einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub verleben will ist hier am Comer See genau richtig.

Nice holidays with a nice view

We had a great week at Guisi’s place with my husband and my 2 daughters. Communication with Guisi was very easy. The view is amazing and the swimming pool very nice.

Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über den See und ist mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. Falls etwas fehlt ist die Vermieterin jederzeit ansprechbar. Da es sich in Hanglage befindet ist das Haus und der Pool über Treppen zu erreichen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sauber und wir waren auch in der Hauptsaison fast immer alleine dort. Zusammenfassend hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und planen noch einmal wiederzukommen.

Ein toller Ausblick über den Comer See

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr gemütlich und besonders toll ist der Ausblick beider Balkone über den See. Vom Appartment kommt man in ca 20 Minuten nach Domaso und in ca 25-30 Minuten wieder zurück. In Domaso selbst ist relativ wenig los, mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell in anderen Städten. Die ganze Anlage war jetzt Mitte Juni kaum belegt und somit hatten wir den Pool auch immer für uns alleine. Giusy war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hat uns zB Mülltüten nachgebracht. Auch mit Hund können wir das Appartment sehr weiterempfehlen.

Einfach herrlich!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Aussicht von den Balkonen ist ein Traum! Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele und tolle Restaurants. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und träumen immer noch vom gigantischen Ausblick.
