At floor 3 rooms with 2 beds 90 and 2 beds 140, SE and independent wc. Games room with sofa bed. Electric heating. Parking in the property. Large building character in stone with garden rockery and adjacent terrace offering a beautiful view of the Pyrenees. Enjoy the rolling hills of this territory to practice hiking and climb the famous Pic de Bugarach. Pool private 6mx4m on the side of the cottage. Many water sports bases along the Aude River (rafting, canoe etc.). All shops and restaurants in Alet baths 7 km, Carcassonne and the Cathar 45mins sites.
