This apartment is perfectly situated in Vera, just a 5-minute walk or drive from the beach. Surrounded by local chiringuitos, beach bars, and restaurants, the area has a relaxed Mediterranean vibe perfect for enjoying the sun and sea.

You’re also right next to Vera’s famous water park, great for families, and close to other popular beach destinations like Garrucha and Mojácar, known for their seaside promenades and charming Andalusian character.

The city of Almeria is only a 1 hour drive away, making it an easy day trip. The area is best explored with a vehicle, and this property includes private parking for your convenience.

Nearby attractions: 5 min to Vera beach - 5 min to AquaVera Water Park -10 min to Garrucha - 15 min to Mojacar.

That is why we recommend the displacement with private vehicle.

The apartment is located in an exclusive urbanization. It is a second floor with elevator.

The accommodation has central air conditioning and heating (please note that once it is turned on, it takes 5 minutes to feel the coolness).

The swimming pool is communal and is only available during the summer season. We do not provide pool towels.
It is forbidden to walk around the urbanization in swimwear.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet 100€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
