The first floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 complete ensuite bathroom with bathtub + 1 balcony with views of the communal swimming pool, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 toilet with shower. On the second floor, you can enjoy sea views from the solarium terrace.

Located in the textile urbanization Las Casitas de la Playa, just 150 meters from El Playazo beach (north area), with a communal swimming pool and children's pool (open all year round).
