On the second floor, you can enjoy sea views from the solarium terrace.
The house has a free outdoor parking space within the urbanization.
Located in the textile urbanization Las Casitas de la Playa, just 150 meters from El Playazo beach (north area), with a communal swimming pool and children's pool (open all year round).
