The penthouse is located in the Jardines de Nuevo Vera textile urbanization, on the beachfront, with elevator, parking, community pools (open in summer), children's playground, spacious landscaped areas, and direct access to the beach. Additionally, you will be close to bars, restaurants, and a large supermarket, facilitating all your needs during your stay.



With capacity for up to 5 adults, this penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, and laundry room. The living-dining room has access to a balcony with views of the community pool that will lead you through some stairs to the private solarium terrace.



Spend your vacation in Vera Playa and also visit neighboring towns such as Villaricos, Garrucha, and Mojácar. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are just an hour away by car.
