Location location. This is a wonderful 2 bedroom 1 bath downstairs duplex. Just steps to the beach with sand in your backyard. Wonderful for kids to play while you relax before walking to the beach.
There is a kitchen with laundry facilities included.
Bedroom #1 has a Cal king bed , bedroom #2 has a cal king bed, living room has a comfy chair that folds out into a single bed, couch and air mattress. We have 2 smart tvs Wi-Fi and Roku. Walk to restaurants, with 2 parking spaces included.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great Location for a Beach Getaway

Loved this place. Quiet, comfortable, and convenient. You can walk to a half dozen restaurants in minutes and you are steps away from the beach. Would gladly rent again. How does the beginning of April look Beverly?
