-A bedroom: suitable for disabled people, with a 160x200 bed, a desk with Fiber Internet connection, a storage cupboard with wardrobe and shelves
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, storage, heated towel rail, hair dryer, WC, which is also suitable for disabled people.
- A separate toilet with hand basin.

1st floor :

3 Bedrooms: equipped with a 2x80x200 bed, separable, a storage cupboard with wardrobe and shelves, a desk with Fiber internet connection, each of them also has an adjoining bathroom with shower Italian style, sink, hairdryer, WC.
