It has five large king sized bedrooms and five reception rooms backing onto the beautiful St Boniface Downs

Peaceful elevated setting and only 5 minutes’ walk into Ventnor town with all its great dining and shops, and a further 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Also has a large beautiful and secluded lounging and outdoor dining areas to enjoy the magnificent island sunset.
