L'annonce avait parlé d'un appartement avec balcon ou terrasse, séjour, chambre, salle de bain. Or, il s'agissait d'une simple chambre d'hôtel avec salle d'eau, sans balcon, ni terrasse, ni séjour. Je déteste ce genre de prodédure qui prend les clients pour des imbéciles. Mais cela m'apprendra à me méfier, ou, mieux, à ne plus me servir de cette plateforme de réservations. Si j'ai quand même coché "bon" à la question comment s'était passé le séjour, c'est parce que j'étais heureuse de commencer la nouvelle année en Italie et que le temps radieux m'a permis de profiter à fond de Ventimiglia.
