Can Noguera is a spacious and charming family home, ideal for enjoying a holiday surrounded by serenity. Just 7 km from l'Escala, this dream house offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.

The house has four bedrooms on the first floor, all with fans to ensure a cool and pleasant stay. The first bedroom, with a single bed, has large windows that open onto a balcony shared with the second bedroom, equipped with two single beds. The third bedroom offers three single beds, ideal for the little ones. Finally, the fourth bedroom is a beautiful master suite with a double bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub (hydromassage function not available) and large windows that open onto a large private balcony, where you can enjoy moments of calm surrounded by nature.

In addition to the en-suite bathroom, Can Noguera has two additional bathrooms with showers: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, providing comfort for all guests.

On the ground floor, the large and cozy L-shaped sofa invites you to enjoy relaxing moments, either with a revitalizing nap or a lazy afternoon in good company.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool and is designed to be functional and practical. Mooi verzorgd huis met alle nodige apparatuur in de keuken en leefruimte. Goeie wifi ontvangst, genoeg propere glazen borden tassen en bestek voor een verblijf met grotere aantallen. Heel leuk en verzorgd zwembad in een rustige wijk met weinig verkeer. Het zwembad neemt het grootste deel van de tuin in beslag waardoor er weinig overblijft om naast zwemmen nog iets anders te doen. Supermarkten op 9 min rijden met de wagen in L’Escala. Lidl, Aldi en Mercadona waar alles te vinden is. Aanrader om te boeken.
