La maison se situe au pied du village provençal classé de Ventabren, proche de toutes commodités , mais sans aucun vis à vis ni nuisance. Cette maison familiale au calme absolu se situe à 15 minutes d'Aix-en-Provence.
A l'extérieur: 2 grandes terrasses, terrain de pétanque, coin plage (sable, hamacs,...), une pelouse, une oliveraie, le tout au cœur de la pinède et au calme absolu.
