Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Av. De l'Europe/Montalivet" 2 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Cycle lane 50 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Invités pour un baptême nous recherchions un hébergement capable d'accueillir plusieurs couples avec ou sans enfants. Cette villa avec 5 chambres avec chacune son cabinet de toilette a répondu à toutes nos attentes.
Beaucoup d'espace avec la tranquillité en plus.

Très bon séjour, temps, océan, proximité.
Suffisamment de vaisselle etc etc.
Quand on arrive tard, c'est pas assez organisé pour récupérer les clés, la concierge a pallié, on a fait un très bon séjour tout de même.
