Modern White Pelican-Heated Pool & Spa Villa-near beach-awesome amenities

Welcome to Venice- known as the Shark Tooth Capital of the World, home to Caspersen Beach. White Pelican was built in 2024 and features 2,117 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The open concept and split floor plan are ideal for large groups and provide great privacy while ensuring there is plenty of space in the main living area for everyone. The spacious entry foyer leads to the formal dining room and the large living room and kitchen.

The master suite is located on the opposite site of the other bedrooms and has a comfy King-sized bed, a large smart TV, walking closet and spacious bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. The bedroom also features block out curtains for a good night rest.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a smart TV, closet and blackout curtains. The main bathroom with tub/shower combo is located right outside.

The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed a smart TV and direct access to a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The 4th bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the Jack and Jill bathroom.

The 2nd and 3rd bathroom both have a tub/shower combo.

The living room features a large L shaped comfy sofa and a 65" Smart TV with YouTube TV (cable channels).

The kitchen has a large kitchen island with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stacked with everything needed to prepare delicious meals.

The outdoor oasis has a brand-new pool and spa with a dining area (sits 6), a sitting area with a couch and 3 pool loungers. The entire patio has a screened enclosure to keep the bags out and blinds for added privacy.


During the cooler months (Oct-Apr) the pool is heated daily to 86F.
The spa is heated from 6-9PM.
Pool lights are set from sunset to 10PM.
Please note:
If the outside temp falls below 50F, the pool might not get warm enough.
All the window facing the pool have safety alarms.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

The rental was awesome!! SO CLEAN and comfortable. We have stayed in dozens of rentals, and this was by far one of the very best. Large seating area in living room, TVs in every room. They have furnished the property, and kitchen with endless high end items. Samsung washer/dryer, Frigidaire kitchen appliances, Kolar bathrooms. They also provided an endless supply of paper towels, napkins, TP, soaps, shampoos, laundry and dishwasher detergents, trash bags, and I'm sure I haven't listed all of that was there. It was amazing. The pool and sauna area was beautiful -- especially with all the changing lights in the water. We had a couple issues (due to our lack of technology) and the hosts were very responsive -- came right over to help us out. Lots of space - nothing was crowded. Nice big dining room table - set with table runner, placemats, and candles. We played many games on that table. I have to go back and talk about the kitchen. Most rentals have just the basics and they are low-quality items. This kitchen was stocked for a professional chef! Beautiful dishes, glassware, and the silverware was awesome. Cookware was high end. If we ever return to Venice, we will be booking this rental for sure. Thank you to the hosts. You have an exceptional property.
