Great location, with plenty of room for our family at five. The interior was very clean, and the pool area was cute. We came down during a brief cold wave, and didn’t go into the pool as a result. There may have been a heater, but I didn’t see one, so we never actually made it into the water. It was a short 2 to 3 minutes by car to local stores and restaurants, and about 15 minutes to Venice Beach. To pay less than 300 for two nights during a vacation week was, I think, incredible. The host was very responsive to the three or four messages and questions we sent her way. We would definitely stay again.

The host was very welcoming, with timely communication and clear guidelines. The house was spacious, easily accommodating six guests. Also very orderly and clean. I'd recommend this property to friends.
