Super cute South Venice home with private backyard and large screened lanai

Centrally located South Venice home in a quiet neighborhood is minutes to beaches, shopping and downtown Venice.

A great comfortable home to spend a few days or a winter in Florida. Very nicely furnished and equipped with large, screened lanai where you can dine, relax or sit on one of the comfy sofas and watch tv outside while enjoying the Florida weather. It is great place to enjoy indoor/outdoor living.

The back yard is fenced in for privacy and has firepit and Adirondack chairs to enjoy or cook dinner on the new gas grill.

Inside the home there are two good sized bedrooms,  both with queen beds and each with own bathrooms. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house to give guests privacy.

The living room is open plan to dining area and the fully equipped kitchen which has stainless appliances.

There is also a coffee area off the kitchen which overlooks the back yard.

Laundry room with washer, dryer and garage.

House comes with beach chairs, beach canopy and coolers!
