Our lovely 2019 home is perfectly located for a relaxing vacation, just a short drive (3.9 mi) to the BEAUTIFUL Manasota beach and 6mi to historic Venice beach known for its soft powdery sand and abundance of seashells, where one might also find some sharks teeth. The city’s skyline looks glorious from the shoreline, and along the coast, you will find plenty of cafes and restaurants to sit out at and relax the day away.

2019/ 1750sqft/ single story/ full house water filtration system as well as drinking/cooking water filter in the kitchen
Bedroom 1: King Bed and attached master bathroom with wall in closet
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Covered and screened porch with seating.
Check-In/Out times can be made flexible (arrangements made prior to booking)*

Check out is at 11am
INDOOR LIVING: 2 Smart TVs, open floor plan, comfortable furniture, dining table, board games.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishes & flatware.

Wonderful Vacation!
This newly renovated house was located in a perfect spot in Venice, FL (close proximity to historic downtown as well as the beach). The check-in and out process was easy and smooth. We had a wonderful vacation here!

Immaculate, spacious home convenient to all.
We enjoyed staying at this home very much. It was clean, quiet, spacious, and well located. It was also well stocked with all the basic supplies and the owners were responsive to our queries. If we had one quibble it would be that while the bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable and firm, the beds in the other two rooms were almost hard and, as a result, not as comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
