Welcome to this spacious home, conveniently located minutes from Manasota beach, shopping and restaurants.
Bring your boat or RV as there is a spacious side yard and ample parking on the driveway.
As you walk into the house you will be greeted by a very spacious, open concept main living area that includes, the living room, kitchen and dining room as well as the office space. This is the perfect space for gathering and spending time together.
The kitchen features a modern island with sitting for 4. There is plenty of counter space with all lower drawers for easy access to utensils, plates, bowls etc., a coffee station, induction cooktop and built in appliances. The large walk-in pantry has wall shelving and additional cabinets.
The living room has a 75” Smart TV with YouTube TV and two reclining sofas.
Need to work from home? The office has a sofa and a dedicated workstation.
The spacious master suite has a 55” Smart TV and is located on the opposite side of the other bedrooms, for added privacy. There is a comfy King-sized bed, a large walk-in closet and a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The spacious second bedroom has a Smart TV, a Queen-sized bed and a good size closet.
The third bedroom has 2 Full size beds and a good size closet.
The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.
The laundry room is located right off the kitchen and is equipped with a front-loading washer and dryer. There is also a countertop for folding clothes and a sink.
This home has recently been renovated and updated inside and out. It has a brand new 2 stage A/C unit, new deep water well (better water quality) and a new septic system.

Great stay!
The house was set up perfectly for a visiting family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and all drawers were conveniently labeled. The 3 bedrooms were a great fit for our family of 6, and we enjoyed eating breakfast and having morning coffee on the lanai.. Property is a short drive to multiple beaches, and the garage contained a selection of beach chairs, coolers, and toys. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place, neat and clean
This was one of the best places, and most completely furnished, of any places we've stayed recently. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly want, and the rest of the house was well furnished as well. Particularly liked the large outdoor porch sitting area!. All the cabinets and light switches were labeled too. Near to bike trails in the are too.

Description of home is accurate and our stay was awesome. This is the best place we have ever stayed at. Very accommodating, quiet neighborhood. Home was super clean and had everything we needed.
