Hello and welcome to Approach Shot! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, relax on the large, screened lanai overlooking the lagoon and swaying palm trees, or cool off in the communal pool, which is only feet away.

This second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has screened patios off both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The cathedral ceilings in the living and dining areas will impress you. This property is great for golf enthusiasts! With a member transfer fee, you get unlimited golf and access to all club amenities. Come, and see why people return to The Plantations year after year!

Don't miss the gorgeous beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key Beach which are located just minutes away. Choose from endless restaurants or shop at the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, and explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost within the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local wildlife, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles. Poor overall

The lanai overlooking the lagoon was the best feature as well as the location. Unit was not very well maintained. This condo had many dirt spots on the carpeting as well as the tile in the Master bath. The tile floor in the shower was all cracked and the doors were difficult to move. Based on that, we would not return.
