Several issues were apparent when we got there.
The grass hadn't been cut, the pool water was green, the ice maker didn’t work and the garage door opener was broken. These are major pieces that we paid for.
I've never had to report problems like this before at any property.
The host, Katina was very receptive. Her son cut the grass the next day and the pool people were also there. But, we couldn't use the pool until the 3rd day. She stopped by twice to check on the ice maker and the garage door opener that were never fixed. I believe that a partial refund is appropriate.
