Only 10 minutes to Venice Beach, Sharkys pier, Historic downtown or Nakomis beach, The private neighborhood location is the best of both worlds ! This home has a small rear apartment that is sometimes occupied as well.

All in all it was good. Back yard small, landscaping could use some help. A deep cleaning is recommended. Close to beaches, stores and restaurants, would stay again.

Conveniently Located Multi Unit Venice Home

Mostly ok, plenty of space. Biggest drawback was the extremely small shower. We missed this somehow but be sure you are aware that this property is a duplex. We could hear the neighbors in the adjoining unit. All in all a fair value for the price.

Nice Little house for the price

This little house was nicely centralized to wear we needed to be. House was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of linen. One thing we would suggest is a deep cleaning on the floors. Over all very satisfied with our choice.
