The location of this home is everything! Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south and explore Don Pedro Island, State Park!.

Upon entering the home, you will find a light and bright atmosphere. The living room is the perfect spot to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring. There are two plush leather couches with a Roku Smart TV and Roku Surround Sound Speakers for you to catch up on your favorite shows. Adjacent is the kitchen, which offers plenty of space for you to prepare your family’s favorite treats. You will love the gorgeous countertops and backsplash this kitchen has.

Down the hall, you will find the main two bedrooms and bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, a Roku Smart TV, plenty of closet space, and a remote workstation to set up your office! The primary bathroom has an updated vanity with a large shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a Roku Smart TV, and plenty of space for your personal belongings.
