Our villa will welcome you in a very relaxing place but close to beaches, leisure, shops, the Canal du Midi and a beautiful nature reserve where come to rest a multitude of birds.
It was completely renovated and comprises:
- A living room very bright crossing onto two large terraces
- A kitchen open to living room
- A room with bed 160 cm and a large closet
- A room with bed 140 cm and two closets
- A room with 2 beds 90 cm large closet
- A bathroom with bath and walk-in shower
- Separate toilet
- A garage and private parking
- Two shady terraces with garden furniture and barbecue
- Sheets are provided
- The house is fully air conditioned

Maison très agréable idéalement située dans un quartier calme. Les commerces (boulangerie, poste, tabac/presse, pharmacie...) sont accessibles à pied. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces à vivre, volets roulants dans toutes les pièces, cuisine très bien équipée, une terrasse patio devant la maison et une terrasse avec store banne à l'arrière. Tout est pensé pour que vous vous y sentiez bien. Nombreuses excursions accessibles au départ de la location (canal du midi, Béziers...) et Valras-Plage à 10 min à peine. Les petits cadeaux de bienvenue et la sympathie d'Annie témoignent de son sens de l'accueil et de l'hospitalité. En un mot, séjour parfait dans un cadre parfait. Encore un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité.

Parfait en tous points
Maison très agréable et très propre. Décorée avec goût. On s y sent bien tout de suite . Spacieuse terrasse parfait pour la détente. Nous y avons passés 2 semaines qui sont passées trop vite. Je conseille cette maison .

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir hatten Anfang September 2 erholsame Wochen in dem Haus. Es ist gut ausgestattet - inkl. Klimaanlage - und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch die Betten sind gut. Mit Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gibt es immer ein schattiges/sonniges Plätzchen draußen. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan und sind bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist nur die Lage, denn es liegt an einer Einfallstraße des kleinen Ortes und in der Schulzeit ist morgens und spätnachmittags recht viel Verkehr .
