Schönes Haus mir Meeresrauschen!Vorab muss ich sagen, dass das Haus noch viel schöner ist als auf den Bildern und es noch einige Dinge gibt, die in der Beschreibung fehlen. Ein Foto der KĂŒche fehlt leider, sie ist mit sehr guten GerĂ€ten und auch desweiteren komplett ausgestattet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine KĂŒhl/Gefrierkombination und ĂŒber einen weiteren KĂŒhlschrank. Es gibt zwei separate Toiletten und in die verschließbare Garage mit direkter TĂŒr ins Haus passt locker ein Auto bis ca. 4,50 m LĂ€nge. Vor dem Haus ist dann noch privater Platzplatz fĂŒr zwei weitere Autos.Die drei Schlafzimmer haben gute Betten und es gibt im Obergeschoss noch das Bad mit toller Dusche und ein viertes Zimmer mit sehr viel Stauraum. Auf der Dachterrasse mit Sonnensegel und auch im Paterre gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten ohne Ende. Somit ist die Unterkunft auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppen geeignet.Der Strand ist fantastisch und nur 50 m entfernt, d.h. Meeresrauschen inklusive! Die Lage ist auch ideal fĂŒr ausgiebige Radtouren.Das Internet ist rasend schnell, vermutlich Glasfaser.Auch BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher sind reichlich vorhanden.Alles in allem ein tolles Haus!

Emplacement et maison super mais mauvais contact avec la propriétaire

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine en famille dans cette maison, l’emplacement est imbattable et la maison parfaite pour un sĂ©jour en familleEn revanche notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© impactĂ© par la politesse de la propriĂ©taire qui nous a littĂ©ralement hurlĂ© dessus devant ma petite fille lors du check out, elle s’attendait Ă  un mĂ©nage complet alors que nous payons 150 de frais de mĂ©nage et que la concierge nous avait uniquement demandĂ© de regrouper le linge, nous avions tout de mĂȘme fait toilette, cuisine, salle de bain et un premier coup d’aspirateur, nous sommes restĂ© 1h de plus pour terminer leur mĂ©nage Une mauvaise communication et un manque d’attention Ă  l’arrivĂ©e la maison est complĂštement vide aucun produit de bienvenus, les Ă©lĂ©ments du jardin sont rouillĂ©s et le barbecue sale C’est dommage que le relationnel ait Ă©tĂ© compliquĂ© car la maison a tout pour que l’on passe de bons moments

Schönes Haus - super Lage

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand ist herrlich, aber auch im Garten hinter dem Haus kann man sich wohlfĂŒhlen. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prestations de hautes qualités

Nous sommes partis Ă  2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants). La maison est parfaitement adaptĂ©e pour 8 personnes et possĂšde tout le matĂ©riel nĂ©cessaire. La douche extĂ©rieure est un vrai plus au retour de plage! Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la terrasse avec vue sur l’ocĂ©an et la cour arriĂšre Ă  l’abri du vent. La localisation est idĂ©ale (plage,resto,commerce). Nous recommandons cette location et serons ravis d’y retourner. La propriĂ©taire et la dame de la conciergerie sont de plus trĂšs sympathiques.

Überdurchschnittliches Haus mit atemberaubender Meeressicht

Ideal gelegenes Haus in unmittelbarer MeeresnĂ€he. Riesige Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Meer und SonnenuntergĂ€nge. ZusĂ€tzlich geschĂŒtzter Innenhofgarten. Auffallend grosszĂŒgig im Grundriss, perfekt eigerichtet, es fehlt an nichts! Man merkt, dass das Haus fĂŒr den Eigengebrauch eingerichtet ist. UnzĂ€hlige Restaurants, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tĂ€glicher Markt - alles in Gehdistanz. Ebenso zwei ĂŒberwachte StrĂ€nde. Besonders ideal ist das Haus fĂŒr Surfer eingerichtet; StĂ€nder fĂŒr die Bretter, Gestell fĂŒr die AnzĂŒge, Aussendusche (mit Warmwasser). Auch der Skaterpark ist in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wir waren mit unseren vier jugendlichen Kinder hier. Wir sind begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
