Belle grande bastide bien rénovée
Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour dans cette bastide trĂšs bien rĂ©novĂ©e. MalgrĂ© quelques nuits froides, la maison est demeurĂ©e confortable. (CalorifĂšre dans chaque piĂšce, chauffe-serviette dans chaque salle de bain, literie confortable). La maison est suffisamment grande pour 2 familles et mĂȘme plus. La cuisine comprend tout le nĂ©cessaire pour cuisiner pour 10 personnes. La piscine et sa terrasse sont magnifiques.
Cette maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, commerces et restaurants Ă proximitĂ©, marchĂ© provençal avec fruits et lĂ©gumes Ă Carpentras, vignobles, nombreux sites d'intĂ©rĂȘts Ă moins de 30 minutes de voitures. Le terrain est grand, sur une route isolĂ©e: il y passe plus de vĂ©los de que voitures. De plus, il y a des sentiers de randonnĂ©e en montagne, peu frĂ©quentĂ©s, accidentĂ©s Ă souhait avec points de vue splendide , accessibles Ă pied de la maison.
M Pommier, le propriétaire, est facilement rejoignable et répond promptement à nos demandes. La caution a été remboursé en moins d'une semaine.
