Schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit umfassender Ausstattung. Kommunikation und Betreuung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Bilder vermitteln einen guten Eindruck. Gute Restaurants, Supermarkt sowie Strand in der Nähe; das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe im Wohngebiet, schön ruhig, der Aufstieg zu Fuß etwas mühsam aber machbar.
