Newly built penthouse, very bright, modern and functionally furnished, in the center of Torre del Mar, just 100 meters from the beach and behind the Larios promenade. High definition television with international satellite channels. Large sunny terrace. All services are located less than 2 minutes walk on a quiet street with traffic restricted to owners. It has a large terrace with a pergola where you can relax, read or simply sunbathe. Building made up of only 3 homes, very quiet. We will be at your disposal if you need it. You will find the Tourist Office around the corner where they will take great care of you. I also recommend walking along the Paseo de Larios, right in front and of course walking along one of the largest promenades in Europe. You cannot miss the first Torre del Mar Lighthouse, built in 1864 700 meters from the accommodation. If you want to burn calories, you can enjoy running or walking along the coastal path, in front of the Paseo Marítimo or cycling along the bike path. If you want more information about sports or activities, do not hesitate to ask us. A specialized company will be in charge of disinfecting the apartment before each client enters. For safety reasons against COVID 19, we recommend our clients follow the WHO instructions regarding personal hygiene. In the apartment there is a directory with all the instructions and information about the accommodation and tourism that you can consult, and you will also be sent an explanatory video with all the information.

Claudia's Attic

We arrived at the accomodation to be met by Marco and his lovely family,he took us to the third floor attic which was compact but very well equipped,clean and with everything we needed. We had no internet but Marcos provided it for us as soon as we asked for a very reasonable price. The street was quiet but close to the sea front and we were close to many really good tapas bars and restaurants. Its only 40 minutes from Malaga and has a really good bus service with many coastal routes so you don't actually need a car. Torre del Mar is family friendly with lots to do for the children and Claudia's attic was a great place to explore the area from. Marcos...we will come back..such a great place!

Lovely apartment

A lovely clean apartment in excellent location, on details said Wi-Fi at property but there was an extra charge for this service, 35.00 per week it was potable Wi-Fi box not good connection , the owner only charged us 25.00, if we had known we would have up graded our phones before we left the uk . I would still go back as it was lovely apartment with all you need except Wi-Fi

tous commerces à proximité, précisez que c'est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, rue à sens unique sans stationnement (décharge rapide des valises) et le premier parking situé en bord de mer à 260m si place disponible, si non parking 2 ou 3 plus loin
