BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH POOL AND GYM

Beautiful apartment with pool in Vélez de Benaudalla (Granada). The upper floor has a bedroom with three beds (2 together making a double bed and a single one, separated from the others for more privacy). Full bathroom with shower with screen and all the necessary amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On the ground floor, fully prepared kitchen, with induction hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, in case the use of an extra bed and the dining room with a large table and six chairs are necessary. Each floor has an independent entrance, with its own key, so that you can enter the apartment from outside with the elevator to each of the floors. It also has its own parking space, access to the gym of the urbanization for free and soon the jacuzzi and spa that belongs to the urbanization facilities will be available to users.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
