Bienvenu en ENFER!

ouveau le logement était superbe et le lieu également. Mais alors la gestion du lieu est CATASTROPHIQUE ! Personne entre 21h et 07h. En plus si vous arrivez dans la nuit comme nous ben je ne vous souhaite pas notre mésaventure! Aucune clef dispo pour nous, un numero d « urgence » dont l’interlocuteur est un IMMENSE INCOMPÉTENT ! Il nous a dit que si nous dormions dehors malgré notre réservation, c était notre problème, pas le sien et qu il ne ferai rien pour nous. On a du payer une nuit d hôtel chacun après de longues recherches en pleine nuit (le tarif en plus était excessif). La responsable n a dénié nous rembourser que le montant de la première nuit et aucun dédommagement pour le préjudice moral et financier (350€ d hôtel) et un ami a dormi dans sa voiture! de plus nous avons du fortement négocier pour obtenir ce dédommagement ridicule mais IMPOSÉ par la direction. En bref ils s en foutent de leurs clients , de plus je suis handicapé et j ai vécu une première nuit d enfer fatigué de notre première journée de voyage et de festival. Je suis extrêmement déçu des gestionnaires de ce lieu. Ils sont dénoués de sens et d humanité. En plus ils ont menti au sujet du comportement de leur gardien au téléphone en arguant un problème de linguistique, ce qui est totalement faux car notre amie au téléphone parlait correctement l anglais et lui également. Pour conclure nous avons appris que ce même gardien avait donné nos clefs à un inconnu qui a squatté notre villa! Je ne REVIENDRAI PAS
