Steps from the ample and pristine beach of Junquillal! Condo #19 is located on the ground floor, in a beautifully landscaped gated condominium complex with an amazing pool area. 24h security on the grounds. Fiber optic internet connection.

BEDROOMS:
Both bedrooms have A/C, a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with outdoor shower, sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony w/ seating area, and a spacious closet.
Note: the master bathroom features a hot tub and double sinks bathroom vanities. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet for extra storage.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all appliances, cookware, utensils and a bar counter with stools.
DINING AND LIVING AREA:
The dining table located next to the kitchen can comfortably sit six people. A couch, and TV can be found next to the dining area.
The half bath is located near the dining and living area.
BALCONY
A private balcony is located across from the dining/living area. Additionally, outdoors seating and a BBQ grill is available.
Both bedrooms have private balconies with seating area.
CONDO COMPLEX:
The tropical pool area is steps away from the unit. The condominium is perfectly located steps away from the beach, a 10–15-minute walk to a couple local restaurants and 20-minute walk to an efficiently stocked supermarket.
