With it's prime location, you can be on the sand in just two minutes walk. And once you're back at the house, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking views of the pool and well taken care garden.
Our six-seat dining room boasts a beautiful six-foot Guanacaste wood table (which can be plit), and every room in the house has AC, along with blackout shades in the bedrooms and PVC windows for for maximum comfort.
Stay connected for your remote working needs with our high-speed WiFi and ethernet fiber optic connection (500mbps). The master has a desk, chair, surge protector and Ethernet as well as WiFi access.
In the newly renovated house, your stay will be private and relaxing. It comes with a full equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, hot water, private parking space, high speed internet wired and wireless, basic toiletries, 1 queen bed (master), 1 queen bed (junior) and 1 full bed (office with sofa bed), ice cold AC, cable/smart TVs in 2 bedrooms, private pool and BBQ.
For added peace of mind, outdoor security cameras monitor the property and exterior access points to the house. There's also gated parking for two cars, along with secured electric fence and night-time contracted security patrol.
