Villa Annunziato is a luxury fully equipped beachfront house located in Vega Baja. The Villa offers unmatched comfort & style to guests with amazing views of Puerto Nuevo Beach, which is one of the only few beaches of Puerto Rico that has been awarded a blue flag recognition. This recently built modern-style property is large and comfortable enough for up to 12 people, with 4 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Wake up to the sound of the waves, dip into our heated pool, or take a walk on the beach.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
