Named after its former owner, this gite offers a beautiful park with trees and flowers in a quiet environment, a very bright interior with beautiful volumes and a decoration alternating contemporary and antique furniture updated, all with a high level of comfort. With swimming possibilities nearby (beach on the Dordogne river in the village and water park or lake 10mn by car), access to shops in 5mn on foot and the pleasure of having the beds made on arrival and towels available ... La Maison d'Augustine has everything to please in all seasons!House of 107m², in a quiet suburban environment, with on the same level: a large living/dining room opening onto an enclosed terrace with access to the park, a fully equipped kitchen with built-in units, 3 bedrooms (two with a 160 bed, one with a bed 90), bathroom with shower, washbasin, bathtub, separate wc with washbasin. Closed garage accessible for bikes and motorbikes only. Enclosed land, garden furniture, barbecue, parking. Wifi in the gite. The price includes sheets and beds made on arrival, towels, all baby equipment available.
