Pretty house on a park of 5000 square meters in the popular district of Vauville, village 7 kms from Deauville. 1 large master bedroom on the ground floor with shower room and toilet in the room. Kitchen giving in the garden. A living room dining room. On the floor two rooms, a room palière used like playroom. A shower room upstairs. Toilet on the floor also, as in the entrance on the ground floor. The house has been completely redone 3 years ago, Outdoor parking. The place is prized for its calm. The house has a lot of charm.
