Ideal for a stay for two, you will be 5 minutes from the Château de Montreuil Bellay, 10 minutes from Doué-la-Fontaine and 25 minutes from the Abbey of Fontevraud. On the program of your stay: visit of the wine estates, walks in the villages on the banks of the Loire (Montsoreau, Turquant, ...) and discovery of the troglodytes.

The cottage is spread over two levels:
- On the ground floor: living room with sofa bed (extra bed 160cm), wood stove (wood provided) and large television (many channels, Netflix, ...), equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, combined oven / microwave, ...) and dining area.
- Upstairs: 23m² mezzanine bedroom with a large 180x200cm bed serving the bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer) and a separate toilet.

Outside: private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Access to the cottage is via a shared entrance with the neighbor.
