Located in a beautiful luxury residence adorned with wood and stone (L'Ecrin des Neiges), Le Refuge des Marmottes *** is ideally placed in the resort, and 150m from the “Point Show” shopping center where you'll find : - In winter: the ski slopes and ski schools (ESF and ESI); - In summer: the Vars swimming pool, tennis courts and an excellent accrobranche; - All year round: cinema, sports equipment rental stores, bars, terraces and restaurants.
A lovely hiking trail starts at the foot of the residence. For thrill-seekers, the Caribou toboggan run (summer/winter) is also just a stone's throw away. At Le Refuge des Marmottes ***, you don't need to take the shuttle bus, and you don't need your car: it can stay in the basement of the residence throughout your stay.
On a high floor, in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a large balcony for lunch in the sun, or to relax on a deckchair, facing the mountains and a beautiful larch forest.

Le Refuge des Marmottes *** offers you quality services. Practical information : - The residence's common areas include a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (credit card machines). - Although smoking is permitted on the balcony, the apartment is non-smoking. - Pets are not allowed at Refuge d'Antoine ***. - End-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchenette. - The tourist tax (€1.70 extra per adult per night) is paid at the time of booking, on the Abritel website. - The apartment deposit is €500. The cleaning deposit is €80. - By default, arrivals are on Saturdays between 2:30pm and 4:30pm, and departures are on Saturdays between 8am and 10am. Nous avons apprécié l’exhaustivité des documents et informations fournis tant dans le détail que l’aspect actualisés. Vous apprécierez la disponibilité du garage individuel en sous-sol et fermé à clé… L’appartement (propre – une équipe assure cette prestation à la fin de chaque location) est conforme au descriptif et l’on ressent que le propriétaire s’engage à maintenir un très bon niveau de confort tant au niveau du mobilier que celui du numérique et du multimédia (WiFi Internet, grande TV, lecteurs Radio, CD & DVD et interface Bluetooth pour vos médias audio – j’ai aimé de pouvoir diffuser mon média Spotify et de me connecter à mon compte Netflix). L’appartement est orienté à l’Est et vous pourrez, si la météo est clémente, profiter de petits déjeunés ensoleillés et la vue sur le versant sud de Peynier. Idéalement situé dans la station et proche des commodités, l’utilisation du véhicule reste accessoire. Et si tout ne peut être parfait bien sûr, j’ai apprécié qu’à la fin de notre séjour le propriétaire prenne en compte mes remarques pour assurer la complétude des éléments de confort au quotidien…Seul bémol, mais pas rédhibitoire, l’appartement est donné pour six personnes. En conséquence le canapé convertible (pour deux personnes) présente une assise relativement ferme qui pourrais en indisposer certains…

Appartement bien situé dans une résidence calme, bien orienté, soleil le matin sur la vaste terrasse et à l’ombre l'après-midi ce qui est appréciable au retour des randonnées.
Appartement à la décoration très sympa sur le thème de la montagne (les photos sont superbes), confortable et où il ne manque rien pour la vie quotidienne et les loisirs.
De plus un grand merci à Antoine et Lydie pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur grande réactivité quand un petit problème surgit (panne du grille-pain) et toujours dans la démarche d’amélioration.
Bref nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location au sein de cette station qui offre de multitudes loisirs.

Appartement bien équipé, avec une bonne literie, au calme.
La déco intérieure et la grande terrasse face aux mélèzes agrémentent le séjour. L'équipement de la cuisine est récent et de bonne qualité. La literie est confortable. Le garage fermé en sous-sol est très pratique également. Bref, à recommander.
